This update is all about an improved Issue / Trace viewing experience. With these new features, we are confident you'll be able to track down bugs faster than ever.
It is now faster to view the Events browser when filtering by Devices and Cohorts.
Memfault will now re-open an Issue if it is seen on a newer version than when it was last resolved. This helps teams find when Issues are not actually fixed!
EDIT (Aug. 2021) This feature has been removed from Memfault.
You can now specify per Cohort when Devices are able to update. If you only want to update Devices on the weekends, now you can! Find the new settings in the Cohort Settings card.
On an Issue Detail page, it is now possible to view the Distribution of all Traces which led to an Issue grouped by Release, Cohort, and Hardware Version. No more guessing which groups of Devices were affected!
We will now show the Version, Revision, Created Date, and the Notes about a single Release on the Release Details page.
You can now dive into a Cohort and see the Distribution of Devices, Releases, and Hardware Versions across a single Cohort.
